Health Visitor and the
one year check
During this time, your baby should be offered another review looking at several areas, including language and learning, safety, diet, and behaviour.
This is usually done by the health visitor or a member of the health visiting team, and is an opportunity for you and your partner to discuss any concerns you may have.
You may be asked to fill in a short questionnaire to help your health visitor understand how your baby is developing.

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) will deliver health visiting and school nursing services in Ealing.
They will also launch MESCH - Maternal Early Childhood Sustained Home-visiting - a new approach to ensure vulnerable families receive additional support from the anti-natal stage through to two years alongside the existing Family Nurse Partnership.
CLCH and the Local Authority will be working in an integrated way to provide families in Ealing with the best possible care.
